DBD Kitchens are proud to partner with the UK’s leading house builder group, Galliford Try, in supplying Hacker kitchen furniture to an Affinity Sutton site in Finchley, London.

Due to exceptional feedback from our previous work on a GT site in St John’s Wood, DBD received a design brief in February, for a substantial project consisting of 60 apartments and 1 marketing suite.

The extensive specification allowed our design team to produce a selection of innovative concepts utilising Hacker’s expertise in manufacturing the market’s finest kitchen furniture. We submitted our tender proposal and received a great response on our professionalism and clarity of our presentation.

We liaised with Affinity Sutton and Galliford Try, constantly developing the design and specification until it was perfect. By the end of May, DBD were confirmed to be leading the tender proposal and which led to securing an appointment to visit our Hacker Showroom in London.

Visiting the Hacker Showroom is always highly beneficial for our clients as it enables them to view our entire product range and innumerable design possibilities. Members from Galliford Try, Affinity Sutton and Blocc Interiors Ltd were all present to discuss the design brief and confirm final colour scheme and finishes.

The end choice:  DBD’s final proposal included Hacker’s beautiful Bali walnut doors, perfectly contrasted with white high gloss wall units, complete with a glinting ivory Ceasarstone worktop and glass splash backs. Fully equipped with the top of the range Miele appliances including the uniquely elliptical DA700D floating island hood.
