HQ Meets Central Standards

Only a couple of months after receiving the keys to our new Central offices they were sporting a smart, modern and professional look for our ever-expanding team; the environment we desired for all of our teams!  So as part of our careful planning process we thought it would only be right for our HQ offices to reflect the same fresh, polished look! Logistically though with the offices being occupied we knew this could be tricky, however with cooperation from all our teams we were able to renovate all of our offices within 2 months!

This included revamped office space downstairs and upstairs, brand new toilets, new modern LED lighting throughout, a great communal kitchen/rest area along with a state of the art executive Boardroom.


It is imperative to DBD that our staff are happy and comfortable in their working environment. Each year detailed feedback is recorded, addressed and implemented where possible. This has resulted in our renovations. Please read below for some recent feedback:

Our Director of PD Sales, Martin Kowalski notes ‘Securing the new offices and warehouse so close to our existing premises has been excellent. It has provided access to new classy meeting rooms that we can be proud to host customer and supplier meetings in. It has alleviated some parking issues enabling all an easier welcome to DBD each morning. The general environment since the refurbishment of both sets of offices has also been positive with new break out rest areas, new staff kitchens with state of the art facilities. It’s a great place to work!’

Our Sales Support Manager Layla Fowell says ‘The new Kitchen has enabled different teams to meet & chat over a coffee, it’s nice to get to know other teams this way’

Our Operations Director Martin Appleyard states ‘The opening of our new Central offices and the refurbishment of our Head Office facilities have enabled us to review and reorganise the respective locations of our internal teams,  and this has not only directly improved our team working capabilities and experiences, but has also enabled us to deliver a more unified service to all our customers, both internally and externally, to the benefit of all.

This new office development and refurbishment project, from the new kitchen and toilet facilities to the new internal meeting and wall communication screen facilities has also created a smart, modern and professional working environment which our employees can be proud of. These changes have been positively received by all.’
