Smeg Showcases Latest Designs to the Public

In March, Smeg attended the Ideal Home Show located at London’s Olympia exhibition centre. This year, Smeg gathered inspiration from leading Italian architects to create a chic, inviting, open-plan gallery covering over 200sq.  The impressive stand delighted and inspired visitors with the vibrant colours, sleek lines and curves of 180 designer-led, innovative appliances reflecting the Smeg mantra, technology with style. This comprehensive collection of beautifully designed products from Smeg’s extensive portfolio ranged from their wide selection of hobs, built-in ovens, range cookers and dishwashers to washing machines, small domestic appliances and refrigerators.


Smeg launched a series of new products at the show which included the CVI318X 45cm built-in wine cooler and CVI338X under-counter built-in wine cooler. Smeg’s new range of wine coolers enhance the experience of being in the kitchen, keeping different bottles at the optimum temperature, perfect for entertaining at a moment’s notice. Smeg’s wine coolers keep red wine, white wine and champagne at recommended temperatures thanks to two temperature zones that can be individually adjusted. LED lighting and a glass door with an anti-UV ray tint add to the already beautiful classic aesthetic. With the technology and style to match, wine coolers are perfect for specifying into high end properties for the discerning customer looking to differentiate and create a luxurious living space.


In April, Smeg presented at Eurocucina, Europe’s biggest and most important event dedicated to the kitchen environment. It was held in conjunction with the International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition, also located in Milan, Italy.
