The Top Employers Institute has been recognising excellence for 25 years, with 1,239 certified organisations across 116 countries. This award is considered a true mark of excellence in employee conditions, nurturing and developing talent at all levels and continually striving to improve employment practises.
Electrolux UK were assessed on their employee offerings, and had to meet expectations for an array of criteria, including talent strategy, workforce planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, leadership development, and career and succession management.
