Martin Kowalski – Director of Project Development Sales
Heading up our furniture division, my involvement in the project has been minimal. Complete trust in my team and our systems has allowed me to provide minimal support to the DBD’s Designers and Commercial team. Communication with the Galliford Try (Main Contractor), Affinity Sutton (Client), Blocc Ltd (Interior Designer) and Baily Garner (Clients Agent) when necessary has ensured that the Kitchen Design tender proposal reflected the design brief and allowed for the necessary inclusions to meet the required scope of work and specification..

Martin Appleyard – Director of Operations
My role is to oversee the operational fulfilment of our contract on site in an efficient and effective manner, working closely with our internal and external personnel and supply chain, and Galliford Try’s Project Management Team,  to enable us to successfully complete our works on time and within budget, to the full satisfaction of all stakeholders. Our operational success to date has been based on detailed forward planning and  preparation,  effective  communication, great team-work and dedicated site management throughout the duration of our works on site.

Eddie Dowd-Project Manager
I survey the plots prior to delivery and advise site of any issues,  co-ordinate kitchen delivery / installations, worktop and glass delivery / installations, plumbing installations and appliance delivery / installations, all in line with sites build programme. I also oversee all the kitchen, granite, glass, plumbing and appliance installations and work closely with site on a daily basis to ensure a smooth running of ours and sites programme.

Katherine Cox – Project Coordinator
My role for this project has been to communicate with and coordinate all of the separate trades that work towards the completion of the kitchen based on reports from our Project Manager, Eddie Dowd, and communication with site management. This has included making arrangements for deliveries to site, ensuring stock is available when required and issuing documentation and schedules to all trades.

Joel Bernard – Sales Design Executive
I’ve been fortunate enough to have been involved in this project right from the day that this opportunity landed on DBD’s desk, so it has given me immeasurable experience being able to see all aspects of this project develop, from initially coming up with the Kitchen designs and layouts, to meeting with Galliford Try (the contractor), Affinity Sutton (the client), Blocc Ltd (Interior Designer) & Baily Garner (Clients Agent) to understand what they want from our Kitchens, to then finally agreeing layouts that meet their design expectations and that suitably work from DBD’s point of view.

Lee Stanier – Sales Design Executive
As a member of the design team I assisted with initial concepts to suit the client and DBD’s design expectations helping drive through to finalised Designs
