The new range of 60cm dishwashers from Hotpoint, the UK’s No.1 and most trusted appliance brand, is their most versatile yet. With up to 15 place settings, flexible loading and a whole host of water saving and cleaner water features, consumers are guaranteed High Definition cleaning results, whatever the load.
The new dishwashers feature Hotpoint’s brand new ‘Flexiload’ layout that can be folded, moved and split, making it the most flexible dishwasher interior on the market today.
The 15 place setting models have an innovative third upper basket – a flat cutlery tray in three sections that can be pushed together to 70% of its width, leaving space at the edges for taller items in the basket below. Using a special basket for cutlery frees up space elsewhere so the dishwashers can easily take 15 place settings. The lower two baskets have six movable flaps for glasses, and racks that fold flat to make way for large pots and pans.
Hotpoint’s new Zone Wash system has intensive and eco settings that can be switched to focus on individual baskets. The intensive setting can direct 30% more washing power to the chosen basket that contains the most baked on food, while the eco setting can use the most energy and water efficient combinations for lightly soiled items. There’s also a three-stage filtration system for cleaner water throughout the wash.
The new dishwashers, which are rated up to A+++, use as little as 7 litres of water by recycling the water from the last rinse in the next wash cycle. Selected models also feature Hotpoint’s Active Oxygen technology which releases trioxygen (O3) molecules that inhibit the growth of bacteria to reduce odour and sanitise dishes, as well as the internal parts of the appliance.
Giovanni Demuru, Hotpoint Senior Category Manager, said: “Our new Flexiload interior gives us the chance to offer dishwashers that take 15 place settings for the first time. Combined with our ground breaking Active Oxygen, filtration and water recycling technology, consumers get a more flexible and eco efficient way to get their dishes clean for truly High Definition results.”
